Marga Pokhari is situated in the VDC of Angdim of tehrathum district under the area of Chhathar Limbuwan This place is located with sidhuwa to the west, basantapur to the north-south and sukrabare to the east- south.Marga Pokhari, which is situated on the lap of Patek Hill near Sidhuwa,is worshiped as Manga(Spirit).Situated at a very altitude, Marga Pokhari carries with very important deep religious faith. In spite of a good number of trees and plants around this pokhari, not a single leaf can be seen in the pokhari. There is a myth which says that a bird cleans and clears this pokhari. This Pokhari doesn't go dry in the hot season,the water level of it doesn't go high in the rainy season and it always remains clean with its level of water being same.Every year on the occasion of bhadra purnima many Limbu witch-doctors visit this place at the night time in order to get spiritual knowledge. However, in the absence of proper publicity and propaganda the place has still remained unknown to many people . Even then the place is considered to be very important from the view point of tourism.
